Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
A Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) is an employer-funded, post-tax spending account. You can use it to get reimbursed for expenses related to healthy habits and overall wellbeing. No matter your stage of life, age or circumstances the LSA is designed to improve your overall wellbeing or lifestyle. Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
The Tidelands Health medical plan includes a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). The HRA is funded by Tidelands Health when you complete required wellbeing activities. You can use the funds to pay for eligible health care expenses. Learn more.
How to Participate
You can select the LSA or HRA incentive when completing your online lifestyle questionnaire. You may only direct your YouCare contributions to your HRA or LSA in a benefit year — not both. If you are not enrolled in the Tidelands Health medical plan, you only have the option to direct earned contributions to the LSA.
